Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original protective packaging to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier location, or schedule a home collection for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
